"GENERAL CHARTER INFORMATION"

  • No illegal drugs permitted on board. The Bounty Hunter II is a zero tolerance vessel, and you will be reported to the Coast Guard & State Police.

  • No hard liquor or wine permitted on board. A reasonable amount of beer is permitted. The Captain has final say on what is reasonable and reserves the right to inspect all bags and coolers.

  • Wear proper footwear. Boat shoes, sneakers or rubber boots will only be permitted. Please, no work boots, leather or black rubber heels or soles.

  • Travel light. Please do not overpack. Coolers for fish should be left in your vehicles. The boat carries iced fish boxes. Your food & beverages will be placed in our large refrigerator and cockpit strorage areas. Coolers will be removed from the boat prior to departure.

  • The boat carries enough ice to keep 18 to 24 tuna in prime condition. Once boxes are filled or the legal limit is reached the boat will leave for home.

  • No whole tuna leave the boat!

  • All fish will be quartered

  • Charters canceled due to weather or for any reason beyond our control will be rescheduled. If rescheduling cannot be done due to time, weather or schedule constraints, deposit will carry over to the following year. Deposits are not refundable for any reason.

  • Please do not forget our mates. They work hard to make your day an enjoyable one. All fish will be cleaned and placed in plastic bags for your trip home. Tipping is customary and 15% is typical.
